SUMMER RESTORATIVE YOGA
Find some peace in the party season!
Take a much-needed break from the hectic end-of-year and Christmas mayhem with this deliciously relaxing Restorative Yoga class. This session is 90 minutes of pure bliss – with restorative poses aimed at cooling heat from the body and calming the mind. Also includes relaxations, acupressure points, massage and meditation. Finishing with a nourishing Yoga Nidra.

Katie specialises in restorative yoga – a gentle series of postures which the body is supported fully by props such as bolsters, blankets and weighted pillows. This practice encourages the body to release tension gradually, within a soothing , safe and secure environment which creates the optimum environment for the body to heal naturally and completely. This practice is highly recommended for everyone but particularly in times of stress. Katie runs regular classes and will be running a Restorative Yoga Training for yoga teachers and health practitioners for the IYTA in February 2020. Details HERE.
