These classes cover:
Stretching, gentle yoga postures, breathing for pregnancy and birth, relaxation techniques (suitable for pregnancy and birth) and pregnancy and labour massage. Classes run in a friendly, nurturing environment with smaller numbers for individual attention.

I am a mum-of-three and have been teaching pregnancy, post-natal, baby yoga, general yoga, seniors yoga, yoga for special needs, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga for 20 years on the Northern Beaches.
I qualified with IYTA (2000-2001) and have also studied many other styles of yoga and movement including Yin Yoga, Japanese yoga, Laughter Yoga and Dancing for Birth.
I also lecture on the International Yoga Teacher Association’s (IYTA) Diploma of Pre and Post Natal Yoga teaching – training other yoga teachers to become pre and post-natal yoga specialists.
In addition, I lecture the Post Graduate Yoga courses for IYTA in Yin Yoga Foundations and Restorative Yoga.
I am the NSW State Rep for Infant Massage Australia and an infant massage, massage and pregnancy massage therapist.
I am also a qualified doula (Optimum Birth) and the Huggies Baby Club pregnancy yoga and baby massage “expert” and have devised online pregnancy and post natal yoga routines for the Huggies website.
I have produced a massage DVD with Johnson & Johnson and have released my own best-selling DVDs and CDs – Yoga for Pregnancy and Birth, Yoga for Mums ‘n’ Bubs, Guided Relaxations for mums-to-be and Guided relaxations for new mums.
I’m the author of: Mother Me – a mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony (first published by Pan Macmillan).

Bookings for the term secure your spot on the course. If space available then you can attend on a casual basis, but please phone or email ahead to ensure there is space. Thank you. As this is the only pregnancy yoga class I am currently offering, then I can only offer up to TWO make-up classes for missed classes (and these can be used at the General Classes on a Tuesday evening (when space allows). There is a one-year expiry to use these make-up classes.
Any other classes missed I am afraid I cannot give money back or offer any other make-up classes.
Please let me know ASAP if you are interested in booking – I can only save spots on the course for paid bookings (so this will guarantee you a place), as I will limit numbers.
