Join me for the CHERISH program. This is a restorative experience. Each season, I will lead a 90-minute class which is based on a fusion of goal setting, restorative yoga, breathing, massage, meridian tracing and meditation.

Plus you won’t want to miss the FIVE golden health essentials for each season.

This class is just $25 – no course sign up or contracts!




If you join the class you’ll enjoy our connection circle, but if you can’t make it, the class will also be recorded.  And don’t worry – you won’t be on film! And the connection element of the class is not recorded.  

There will be a different experience for every season for the year – you can opt in and out whenever suits.

The Transition to Spring Yoga Restorative Experience is available to purchase. This class focuses more on the liver meridian and supports a gentle liver flush and detox – encouraging your to release the heaviness of winter and embrace the lighter, brighter energy of Spring.

Each class runs for 90 minutes and includes a unique combination of meditations, meridian massage and tracing, self acupressure points to facilitate healing, yoga flows and yin/restorative yoga and more!

These classes are put together by Katie Brown – with 20 years yoga teaching experience and a senior yoga lecturer with the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers’ Association), mother of three, author, health writer/editor and massage therapist.
