Parenting is a journey – constantly moving and always challenging.

I’ve learnt the best thing you can do is be flexible, open-hearted and have a degree of non-attachment (so you don’t get too caught up in situations).

These are all Yogic philosphies  – and the more you delve into Yoga the more you discover it is one BIG tool box for parenting.

I will endeavour to bring some ideas and draw in some of that ancient Yogic wisdom to help you cope on your parenting journey, whether you are feeling a bit bewildered at the start or navigating major roadworks half-way through!
