Refund Policy – for Retreat 

We understand that life is unpredictable and situations may arise that require you to cancel your retreat plans. Our aim is to offer a fair refund policy that balances the needs of our clients with the sustainability of our business.

Cancellations Due to Sickness or Emergency

If you need to cancel your participation due to sickness or a genuine emergency, the following options are available:

10+ days before the retreat:
  •  You may receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee to cover processing costs.
  • Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a future retreat or to another person at no additional cost.
3-10 days before the retreat:
  •  You will receive a 50% refund.
  •  As an alternative, you can choose to apply the full amount as a credit toward a future retreat within 12 months or transfer your spot to another person.
Less than 3 days before the retreat:
  •  We are unable to offer a refund, (unless due to exceptional circumstances) due to the costs and commitments associated with your booking.
  • However, we do allow you to transfer your registration to another person.
Less than 24 hours’ notice:
  • No refunds or transfers are available due to the short notice. However, if there are extreme circumstances, please contact us, and we will review your case individually.
Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you are facing a severe illness or other extreme circumstances, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will work with you on a fair solution.
