In this hour-long class we focus on bone health, So please grab a mat, blanket, cushion and get ready to work, as this session will get your heart pumping and help strengthen bone density! If possible have a wall close and then enjoy a deeply relaxing Guided Relaxation sending love and energy to your skeletal system. As always work within your comfort levels and ask your GP if you are unsure of any exercises.
