Yoga is one of the best ways you can keep your mind and body healthy. It’s not just a workout, it’s a way of life and there are so many elements which can help in every stage of life’s journey.
I have been practising yoga since my teens and teaching for the past 15 years.
I specialise in pregnancy yoga, yoga for birth, baby yoga and yoga for women. I’ve produced two relaxations CDs, three DVDs, several online yoga programs and written a book: Mother Me – a Mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony. As a hands-on, busy mum-of-three I know just how valuable yoga is for dealing with the crazy curve-balls life throws your way. And I’m hoping this site will help you find the yoga tools you need to make a difference in your day.
Katie is a senior yoga teacher (IYTA), massage therapist (ITEC), certified infant massage instructor (IMA), doula (Optimum Birth), Reiki practitioner, author and mum-of-three.
