My experience & qualifications
I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Laughter Yoga, trauma aware yoga – I also have written and present trainings in Restorative Yoga for yoga teachers, keen enthusiasts and health workers. I am a Level 1 Qi Gong teacher and have diplomas in infant massage, Swedish massage, colour therapy and counselling. I am currently studying an Undergraduate Certificate in Mental Health with Monash University. I also have a BA (hons) degree in Communication.
But more importantly I have lived experience of many mental health conditions and situations. I’d love to help you find your path and purpose, clarity and inner calm so you can enjoy your life journey.

I can’t believe how much attending pre natal yoga classes has helped loosen and prepare my body, particularly the inner thighs, neck and shoulders.
