Hi I’m Katie and welcome to my unique blend of yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness and massage.
Like you, I have a busy life – with lots to pack in and people to keep happy. I’m a mum of three and I’ve been teaching yoga for more than 20 years – I understand how crazy life can be and I’d love to help you.
That’s why I’ve created classes and programs to help you and your family soothe stress, manage anxiety and promote health and wellbeing.
My classes are easily accessible, both as live online, face-to-face sessions and recorded videos which you can view at your leisure.
I also offer pre-recorded relaxations and other products to help you relax mind and body.
I’d love to share these easy-to-learn practices and help you live your best possible life.

- Katie is the Vice President of the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers’ Association) and on the lecturing team for both the IYTA’s Diploma of Yoga Teaching and the IYTA’s Diploma of Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teaching, Yin 1 Foundations course and has created the IYTA’s Restorative Yoga two-day training.
