My experience & qualifications
I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre and Post Natal Yoga, Laughter Yoga, trauma aware yoga – I also have written and present trainings in Restorative Yoga for yoga teachers, keen enthusiasts and health workers. I am a Level 1 Qi Gong teacher and have diplomas in infant massage, Swedish massage, colour therapy and counselling. I am currently studying an Undergraduate Certificate in Mental Health with Monash University. I also have a BA (hons) degree in Communication.
But more importantly I have lived experience of many mental health conditions and situations. I’d love to help you find your path and purpose, clarity and inner calm so you can enjoy your life journey.

This book really did surpass my expectations
In this high paced world where children are increasingly leading busier and busier lives, giving them time to relax, be in the moment and connect with their inner self is incredibly important.
Following a meditation class at school, my students are noticeably calmer, show less anxiety and their ability to concentrate is increased. The students overwhelmingly love attending meditation and see these lessons as having a positive impact on their learning.
