Hi I’m Katie and welcome to my unique blend of yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness and massage.
Like you, I have a busy life – with lots to pack in and people to keep happy. I’m a mum of three and I’ve been teaching yoga for more than 20 years – I understand how crazy life can be and I’d love to help you.
That’s why I’ve created classes and programs to help you and your family soothe stress, manage anxiety and promote health and wellbeing.
My classes are easily accessible, both as live online, face-to-face sessions and recorded videos which you can view at your leisure.
I also offer pre-recorded relaxations and other products to help you relax mind and body.
I’d love to share these easy-to-learn practices and help you live your best possible life.
Look forward to joining you on this journey! Katie x
Free relaxations on my You Tube Channel, such as this Breath Awareness relaxation.
These can help ease anxiety and help you feel grounded, accepting of the current situation and improve wellbeing and mood. Regular relaxations are essential at this time to help you shift from the sympathetic nervous system into the parasympathetic nervous system – which is where our body heals, rests and digests…
