Join us for a rejuvenating two-day retreat using yoga, massage, Qi Gong, Ayurveda and ancient wisdom designed to restore balance, calm, and vitality. This intimate gathering is set in a tranquil, nature-filled environment, offering you a chance to reconnect with your inner self while learning powerful tools to support your mind, body, and spirit through this transformative time.

Retreat Timetable
Day 1 – Friday Evening
Settle into the Retreat
6:30pm: Warm Welcome & Introduction
7:00 – 8:30pm: Deep Rest & Healing
– Experience a blissful Restorative Yoga session, easing tension as you sink into relaxation. Finish with a warming Ayurvedic herbal drink to soothe you to sleep.
Day 2 – Saturday
Awaken Your Inner Radiance
9:00am – 10.30am : Yoga class – Flow through yoga postures and practices designed to promote flexibility, strength release joints and ease as you age.
10:30am: Morning Tea
11:00am – 12:30pm: Ayurveda – Part 1: Learn ancient Ayurvedic wisdom to balance hormones and support wellbeing through menopause.Â
12.30pm – 2pm – nourishing vegetarian lunch (included)
2:00pm – 3pm: Face yoga: Refresh and lift your skin naturally through this mindful facial practice includes Indian head massage and cooling breath breathing practices.
3pm – 3.30pm: Afternoon Tea
3.30pm – 5pm: Ayurveda Part 2: Self-care rituals and balancing breathing practices.
Guided relaxation SAT evening; Evening Option: Free Time or Dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 3 – Sunday Morning
Connect with Inner Peace & Flow
9:00am: Mindfulness Practice and Qi Gong by the River – A grounding and energising session by the water to awaken your vital life force.
10:30am: Morning Tea
11:00am – 12:00pm: Sister Circle & Meditation – Gather in sacred space for a heart-centred circle and closing meditation, fostering connection, support, and deep relaxation. Share and set intentions incorporating new-found knowledge and practices.
