How to Use Ayurda Nasya Oil
Nasya is a traditional Ayurvedic practice used to nourish and protect the nasal passages — considered a gateway to the mind and consciousness. Ayurda’s Nasya Oil is crafted with high-quality Ayurvedic herbs to support clarity, calm, and clear breathing.
When to Apply:
Use in the morning on an empty stomach, or at least 30–60 minutes after eating.
Or at night, many people benefit from night time use, especially if they experience:
- Snoring caused by dryness or congestion
- Dry nasal passages (common with air conditioning or heating)
- Restlessness or overthinking at night
- Trouble falling asleep due to excessive Vata energy in the head
Nasya oil helps to calm the nervous system, lubricates nasal passages, and supports deep breathing and sleep
