    How to Use Your Copper Tongue Scraper:

    1. Use first thing in the morning before brushing your teeth, drinking, or eating.
    2. Stand in front of a mirror, open your mouth, and extend your tongue.
    3. Hold the scraper with both hands and place the curved edge at the back of your tongue.
    4. Gently scrape forward, from back to front, using light pressure.
    5. Rinse the scraper and repeat 5–7 times, or until no residue comes off.
    6. Rinse your mouth with water. Follow with brushing, oil pulling, or Nasya if part of your routine.

    Tip: Always be gentle — you’re not scraping paint! Just removing surface buildup.

    Care Tips:

    • Rinse well after each use.
    • Pat dry and store in a clean, dry place.
    • Polish occasionally with lemon and salt to maintain its shine (optional but traditional!).
    • Replace every 6–12 months or when needed.
