Cheer for chia!

Chia pudding is so easy to make, healthy and delicious – keep it in the fridge for when you want a light snack, breakfast or supper.


4 cups of almond milk

1 cup of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of honey

fruit as a garnish


#1: add the almond milk and chia to a bowl, stir well

#2: add a tablespoon or generous drizzle of honey and stir again

#3 seal in an airtight container and place in fridge

#4 after about an hour it will be ready to enjoy

Serve with chopped fruit and mint sprigs – be creative and inventive with garnishes and flavours!
