16 Reasons Why You Should do Face Yoga and Massage

We all know we need to exercise our body, so why do we neglect our face? Especially when toned and firm facial muscles will help us look brighter and younger!

Okay – so when we look in the mirror we may not always love what we see – especially as time goes by and our face reflects gravity, stress and age… ie: wrinkles, skin breakouts and irritations.

But we need to take care of our face beyond just slapping on some moisturiser and having a facial once in a blue moon.

Face Yoga is fun and simple to do and helps reduce facial tension and ease those worry lines!

And if you are STILL not convinced then think about this… a North Western University in Ilinois found that by spending 30 mins a day on face yoga and massage, participants were able to reduce fine lines and have a more youthful appearance (tightening and lifting the cheek areas) – looking an average of three years younger over a 20 week period!
